Arizona Biltmore | Best Phoenix Location for a Multi-Day Event

The Scottsdale / Phoenix, Arizona area is lush with breathtaking venues and event spaces. Everything from corporate retreats to wedding receptions are held at these Valley venues all year long. The Arizona Biltmore, however, is our favorite Phoenix location for a multi-day event.

With such a wonderful array of locations to choose from, we thought we’d highlight some of the best based on our experience. There are some locations more suited for large, multi-day retreats or events, while others are better for intimate ones.

The Biltmore is special because of it’s beautiful and unique architecture. The architect who designed it studied under Frank Lloyd Wright, who also happened to be a consultant during the build. It’s been a historical Arizona landmark for over 90 years and is located in the heart of the Phoenix hustle and bustle.

Besides having the classic golf courses and pools, the Biltmore is also home to 39 acres of gorgeous gardens. The perfect Phoenix location for a multi-day event.

Luxury is the perfect word to describe the Biltmore. Logistically, it’s a wonderful location for corporate events and retreats where multiple spaces over multiple days are required.

It’s such an expansive resort – one of the largest in AZ. But somehow, the design manages to make it feel like an intimate space as well. The spacing and layout is so intentional. Designed for that detailed and private feel while maintaining the vast and grand notion.

Constantly updating and growing the ritzy feel, they’ve recently been working on a new pool in the common space, which should be doubly as spectacular.

One of our personal favorite features is the Aztec room. If you’re looking for a space that connects to the landscape around you, the Biltmore describes this space as “steeped in history.”

It has dreamy gold and glass ceilings with a dazzling patio that can accommodate up to 300 guests. Perfect for something as simple as drinks or as complex as a banquet. It’s one of our favorites to photograph and we feel it really adds something special to a retreat or event.

They have incredible service and resources for organizing large events. You can depend on having someone to coordinate and communicate with in a clear and concise manner to make your experience as seamless as possible.
