A recent event at the El Conquistador Resort in Puerto Rico

It’s always nice to travel. We have the good fortune of getting to do that pretty regularly for work. It’s a happy balance between doing it too much and traveling enough that it is still fun. This recent trip to Puerto Rico was a lot of work, but working at the beach, by the pool and amongst gorgeous scenery and great weather isn’t tough to take even with super long days.

A New York City financial firm had a multi day employee event at the El Conquistador Resort in Puerto Rico a few months back. It was a multi photographer, multi videographer action packed few days. They incorporated some amazing parties on the beach with local culture incorporated including cigar rolling, local dancing, music, food, you name it they thought of it. No detail was overlooked. 

The days were spent with conferences, a bevy of compelling guest speakers, team building on the beach, team building at the pool and a farewell evening on a private island. This was such a well planned, perfectly executed destination event. 

Our turnaround time was quick. We had to have daily slideshows of the still photography of the previous day available the next morning as employees gathered for the morning speaker. They wanted a highlight film ready for the last day that needed to include the footage from the amazing event on the private island the night before. Our turned around the most amazingly energetic film that pleased everyone in the room! So much fun!
